At Indiana Metal, we’re big proponents of rollforming standing seam and mechanically seamed panels on-site. With our fleet of portable rollformers, we have five different panel profiles that can be rolled right on the jobsite — eliminating shipping damage, removing the need to piece panels together, and increasing efficiency by enabling install crews to cut to length and adjust measurements on the fly.

If you’re a contractor in Indiana or a surrounding state, I highly encourage trying a roll former rental (the rental price will definitely not break the bank — and I’d venture to say it’s less than you’d pay in freight for pre-cut panels!) for these panel profiles:

  • MP150

  • MP675

  • MP210

  • Board & Batten

And if you’re a contractor installing trapezoidal panels — nationwide — I’d love to talk to you about our trapezoidal roll former rental, complete with a seamer!

However, while our hearts are in the on-site rollforming business, we also understand that sometimes the job just doesn’t call for a rental. Maybe access is bad, maybe space is tight. Maybe it’s a 5-square standing seam accent where you only need 3′ panels. Or maybe, you simply don’t want to — and that’s okay! None of those are bad reasons, and we can still supply you with panels for jobs that fit those (or any) situations.

Do we offer standing seam panels run at our shop, cut to length? We sure do! We can palletize and deliver those panels with the best of them and would still love to supply your steel. All our standing seam panels run at our production shop come with a protective film — complimentary — and we’ll cut to your provided cut list, palletize the panels, and prep them for easy delivery and unloading.

Regardless of your preferred method for getting panels, we hope you’ll consider Indiana Metal for your next standing seam job — they’re kind of our specialty!
